Hi everyone, we are planning on going Nov 15-25 this year and was wondering if any veterans out there could advise on the weather (warm enough for water parks and evening swims?) and the crowd levels. I'm hoping that we have planned it just right so that we miss the Jersey/Soap crowds and are gone in time before the Thanksgiving folks come in. Thanks in advance-I love this board :Pinkbounc

I too am interested in more info for this time of year! We have that week set aside for vacation and are planning to try November for the first time this year. From what I've read so far, it seems like a great time to go. I think the crowds will be low and the weather still somewhat warm. I would love to hear from people who have gone the 3rd week in November to see what their experiences have been.

We were there this past year, the full week before Thanksgiving. The crowds were nonexistent. I think we only used fastpass once or twice, mostly just walking on to rides or having a 5-minute wait, max. The weather was okay. I mean, it was beautiful because it never rained, beautiful blue skies every day. But the mornings and one day in particular were COLD! But we did have some nice warm afternoons too, so the kids could use the pool. We never made it to Blizzard Beach though, because we just never felt it was warm enough to spend the day at a water park. But overall we felt it was a great time to visit, I would never hesitate to take that week again. Oh yes, the only crowds we saw were on Saturday at the MK (this was the Saturday before Thanksgiving, we were leaving the next day). The crowds that night for SpectroMagic were unbearable. But we still had a wonderful time!!!

DH & I were there the week before Thanksgiving week. We arrived on Saturday in the pouring rain but it did clear out. From there it got cold! We did have a day or two towards the end of the week that we could wear shorts. Crowds were nonexistant for us at both WDW and Universal. I would definately do this week again sometime. This year we will be going the first week of Dec. We did miss the Christmas decorations last trip. WDW was in the process of putting up some of them while we were there.
