3rd try at Test Track this weekend

2nd time it broke down while on the ride and we were evacuated.
3rd time outside of design studio and the ride just broke down again.

Sadly it isn't. Ride breaks down more than any other in Orlando. Announcement just made - Ride is terminated. Everyone being evacuated again.

Head over to Guest Services, that ride does seem problematic (we've had our own issues with it over the years). The friendly people at Guest Services really do want you to have a magical day and will try to make it up to you. Be friendly and see if they can sprinkle a little pixie dust your way.

No it isn't. TT goes down on a regular basis. At least once a day, if not more.

It was breaking down yesterday as well so I guess they haven't fix whatever the issue was. We got stuck on it right at the point where the truck almost hits you and got to listen to that extremely loud noise several times before they turned it off. Thankfully they got it started and as we exited the ride they announced it was closed. There was also thunderstorms coming in so it was a double issue for the ride.

Yeah that stinks but try Guest Services as mentioned above. As long as you don't plow into the door (always a bit concerned on that) it's not too bad
