hi everyone. sorry i hadnt posted until now been away for easter.
so i sopose you all wanna know the results of weight in
well remember i lost 5lbs week 1, then week 2 i stayed the same cause of the 2 currys. well it went down hill from there. 1 more curry, 1 chinise, chicken meat and chips from chippy and one big fat frankies and bennys resturant meal with pudding.....
ok here goes week 3
gained 5 lbs
will really try this week i promise.....
