If we decide we want more time at the parks, can we upgrade our 3rd day free tickets to the 3 park unlimited tickets or an AP? Thanks

You can upgrade to an annual pass but not to the 3 park. The 3 park includes revenue sharing, so it is a stand alone ticket.
