It came up on another site regarding the 3 person rooms on AMA. I could swear someone here mentioned it from one of the ABD river cruises, but I can't find it. Anyone know if that 3rd bed, and the room in general, would accommodate a full sized adult?

We were on the AMAKristina for an ABD river cruise. Our cabin didn't have 3 beds per se, it had 2 beds and a "pull out chair". DD, ds and I shared the room. During the day there was plenty of enough space, but when the chair was made into a bed, things were tight. It was fine for us, but I wouldn't recommend the "pull out chair" for an adult.

I would definitely not put an adult on that chair bed. It is very small and uncomfortable. My kids didn't even want to sleep on it.

The "third bed" is a small, single flip chair bed. Unless Adult 3 is Tinkerbell tiny, I wouldn't. I've been on two ABD river cruises with 3 and the numbers always worked out to be cheaper for 2 of the lowest cat rooms, even with the single supplement, than 3 in the 1 larger room.

Thank you, that's what I thought I remember reading. It comes up occasionally on another site, but there a very few people that have any experience with them there.
