I'm in. Not that I know a thing about basketball but I did this last year and it was fun.

DD has decided to go to University of Maryland for college in the fall so there is my allegiance.

I joined and placed all my picks. When I go back and look at our board it shows my final four picks, but no one else's. Is that because it's mine and I can only see mine or did I mess. This is a first time for me, don't want to be too stupid :rolleyes:

You'd thing someone would tell him that taking about 10 hairs from one side of your head and glueing them down over the top of your head is not real cool. Someone should grab him for a Rogaine commercial.

Shep is right. Only the administrator can see everyone's picks now, all others have to wait until the first game tips off. Now I just have to figure out who I'm going to copy off.

By the way, we now have 50 entrants (although not all have filled in their brackets). The next 50 will be able to enter the pool for half price.

That was fun! My dh pours over the capsule descriptions of each team in the newspaper, agonizes over his picks, changes some of them, changes some more of them, etc. I went with gut instinct and finished in 10 minutes!

Tell him not to bother putting so much effort into it. One of our Sportsradio guys was talking yesterday and he said that no matter how much effort you put into it, it's always the woman in the office pool who knows nothing about basketball, doesn't know what state half the schools are in, and doesn't even know the teams colors, who usually picks blindly, gets every bracket right and wins it all :teeth:

There is some truth in that. We do a family college football bowl pool around the holidays every year and my wife won it one year and she didn't have a clue what she was doing. She just randomly checked off teams.

Actually I may win this thing because I don't know crap about college basketball and I made my picks about as fast as my computer would allow me to with no real thought into it. I doubt I'll win but it will be fun anyways.
