It's a hog, but fun! Right now I'm zoomed in on the Africa Outpost in Epcot and I can see the disney crocs, the sunscreen on the shelf, the facepainting options!
I'm finding the same thing. It is eating up a lot of resources which is making it tough to navigate. You almost have to get to an area and stay there (kind of the same strategy as a crowded park).
Help, I've never used google earth before. I got it downloaded, clicked on the gold mickey, opened WDW in 3D....but how do I get down to eye level pictures.
I am still over the top of everything, how do I get 'into' the pictures?
I just figured out that it did not work well if I have other things check in the left side Layer box uncheck everything, scroll down, open Gallery then open travel tourism then you see the purple Mickey head check that then all you will see is the Mickey heads on Google Earth. I hope this helps... Now I can see it perfectly!! Too many things checked and it could not handle it.
I just wanted to say thanks guys, for letting me know about this. I should be studying for finals and instead im sitting here downloading google earth on my new mac (which the DIS convinced me to get) and am completely distracted. Boy the DIS sure can be a bad influence eh?
