3Bdrm @ Terra Verde Resort?

I recieved an email from orlandovacations.com and while looking through the vacation homes I came across Terra Verde 3bdrm listing. However if you just go to Terra Verde site or click on a link from other post on disboards, it does NOT show a 3bdrms just 4bdrms and up. Im so confused.

Anyone know if they have 3bdrms or is that a mistake?

They do have 3 bdrm townhouses. 3 Bdrm townhomes have private hot tub; 4 bdrm townhomes have wading pool. We've stayed there many times in 3 bdrm townhomes and love it. A nice quiet, very well kept resort comprised of 3 or 4 bdrm townhomes and single family homes. We've always rented from private owners off of VRBO.com. Never an issue, staff at resort are awesomely friendly and accommodating.
