There is a 2-Bedroom pool or garden view available for 313 points. Please let me know if this works for you.

Yes, the booking DVC member needs to add the dining plans.
Dining plans options are as follows:
Regular plan (1 table service, 1 quick service, 2 snacks and refill mug)
10+ $67.33 per night
3-9 $24.22 per night
Deluxe Dining plan (3 meals, 2 snacks and refill mug)
10+ $103.57 per night
3-9 $37.62 per night
