Because it is never too early to plan, here's my current thinking for our trip in December. We've been to WDW once before, last year over Thanksgiving, so I want to try some new places we haven't been before...since there are so many!

I would love to get some thoughts from you WDW pro's.

About Us
We're two food-loving guys from the Pacific Northwest. Boyfriend isn't necessarily a big Disney guy, so when asked what he wants to do this trip, his first response was "Eat good food." About half-way through our trip, his 16 year-old niece will join us.

I'll eat just about anything, but Boyfriend is a bit pickier--not much of a seafood eater, thinks vegetables are unnecessary, and eats pie with breakfast (an "eat dessert first" guy, in other words).

Where We're Eating
We arrive on a Saturday evening and are staying at Saratoga Springs Resort. We'll head over to DTD and try Raglan Road.

Sunday we'll spend the day at Animal Kingdom, so I thought we'd head over to AKL and Boma, then wander the resort.

Monday will be Studios and our one return visit, the Hollywood Brown Derby. I really liked it last year, but Boyfriend was less-than-impressed.

Tuesday we'll need a break and rest, and then (the god's of Advance Reservation willing) we'll head to Victoria and Albert's, perhaps the Chef's Table.

Wednesday we'll recover, and Niece will arrive. We like to do something special with her. Last year she joined us and we went to Bistro de Paris, so this year I'm thinking California Grill, timed so we can see Wishes.

Thursday is Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party -- no dining, just party!

Friday is our last night, and time for World Showcase. In addition to Bistro, last year we went to LeCellier and Chefs and CS at Morrocco. Boyfriend has chosen Restaurant Marrakesh as our lead in to IllumiNations.

And then Saturday afternoon we'll waddle on back to the aiprort for the return to Seattle, possibly one--maybe two--sizes larger, and I'll start planning restaurants for our next trip.

Shoot--I'm ready to go now!

It won't be long--35 days will pass quickly. Lots of good restaurants on your list!!

I'm so jealous! Your choices look great--our kids are 7 and 9, so the only place on your list we could possibly take them to is Boma, and maybe Raglan Road. Have a great time!!
