We stayed at Vistana a year ago and there is a pool that starts off shallow and gradually gets deeper. I don't know the name of the section it is in, but it is towards the back of the resort. Quite aways from the main office area. My son, who was 3 at the time enjoyed this pool, he played in the shallow area while his sisters enjoyed the deeper end.

We stay at Vistana a lot. There is a zero-depth pool in the Lakes section which is way in the back of the resort - have to drive there unless you're staying in either the Lakes or Fountains section. But our favorite pool for younger children is the Cascades pool. Not sure if it's zero-depth, but it's quite shallow in one end - just 3-4 inches deep - with all kinds of squirting fountains to play in.
