I agree with Tiggeroo as well. A friend of mine went through repeated infections as well and was told she needed a hysterectomy. She did get a second opinion, and it turned out it wasn't necessary after all. She is fine now and has had another child since then. It definitely couldn't hurt in any case.

In the meantime, continued prayers for all of you. How is your DH holding up through all this?
