320 Disney points for rent ($9/point)

I have 320 DVC points available that need to be used by February 2006. They are $9/point. These points can be used for all Disney properties and all DVC member destinations EXCEPT ALL VACATION CLUB VILLAS. THESE POINTS CANNOT BE USED FOR BCV, BWV, VB, HH,OKW, OR SS. Please only inquire if you are interested in the other Disney resorts on the Disney Property.

I noticed that you are from Atlanta and just posted. We are from Atlanta also. I just posted before I saw your post. I am looking for non-smoking two-bedroom villa at OKW. Arriving Sunday, May 8th - departing May 12th. I calculated that I will need 107 points. Please let me know.

My family (5 of us) are looking for points we can use at the BWV or BCV,
during the week of 9/10/05 - 9/17/05. Can anyone help?????

Excuse my curiousity, but why can't these points be used at the resorts you mentioned??? Seems most are looking for dates at the resorts you excluded.

it sounds like these points are reservation points, meaning these points were used outside dvc , maybe dcl or concierge collection,etc. and the reservation was canceled. once the reservation is canceled then the points remain in reservation status, then the points can only be used for non dvc resorts.
if you are planning to rent these points making ressies in the Disney collection( YC ,POLY,GF,CONT,AKL,FW & CAMPGROUND CB,CSR,PO & PO RIVERSIDE, (example GF regular season sun. thru thurs. garden view 44 points a night)DCL,World Passport collection,Concierge collection,Adventure collection ONLY. sounds like these points CANNOT be used for DVC resorts the VILLAS ,BCV,BWV,OKW,VWL,SSR,VB & HH.

these points you cannot use at any dvc villas, that includes studio villa ,
1 bedroom & 2 bedrooms villas.

these points can be used at disney regular hotels, no dvc resorts.

sure pooh all that is available is a garden suite $2742.92 for your dates

PoohBuddy you cannot use points for the bw inn, bc & wl. you can use points on the yc that would be 4 nights regular season standard 34 points a night (136 points) water 40 points a night(160points) concierge 55 points a night(220points), times what the OP is offering $ per point, hope this helped you.

I would check with disney CRO cause you can get an AAA rate better ,STd view pofq less than $145.00 with the AAA rate sometimes
