I feel sorry for them. Why do the same workers get 2-3$ more than they do?
I'd have talks with the contract people though, not protest and be arrested. I mean people are trying to enjoy their vacation, they shouldn't try to interrupt tourists.

I do feel for them in losing their benefits and what not, and I know it must be hard to support their families and what not. But at the moment I think they should be happy they have a job. Jobs are hard to find these days, especially ones that can support entire families. I do agree though that Disney is being unfair with stripping them of benefits they once had, but if their pay is $2-3 cheaper than other hotels I don't think that is Disney's fault. They are a company, with thousands upon thousands of workers of all disciplines. They can't handle their workers like outside hotels/businesses, and the workers knew their pay going into the job.
I do not think it was right to protest in such a manner, at a place dedicated to kids who actually believe these characters are real. Imagine the parents trying to explain to their four year old why their were two cinderella's screaming. It is an unfair situation for the kids in the least.
The protest was unneccessary, but I understand where they're coming from. Disney shouldn't take away their health care or benefits, and they should also increase their pay. I mean, Disney certainly makes enough money, don't they?
OT: OP, if that's your corgi in your siggy, he/she is adorable! Corgi's are my favorite type of dog.

I think that's so wrong. I mean Disney is a huuuuuge and wealthy company, why can't they spend a little more money and give it's employee's more money and health benefits? They're still going to make billions of dollars easily, so it's not like they're going to lose a lot of money by giving the employees more money.
That is the one and only thing that irks me about Disney. They need to take care of their employees more.
