30th Birthday trip planning HELP !

So we are looking to take my sister who will be 30 in Oct to WDW for a long weekend in NOV . I was wondering if the MVMCP will be started as early as Veterans day weekend ? I know this year that it started that weekend ! We are looking into renting DVC points and are still in the early planning stages but dont want to get locked out of our choice resort the Beach Club. We really want to get to see the Christmas decorations ! I know it will not all be done but we are locked into that weekend for school issues . Anyone with any help on when the announcement for the Holiday parties will start please share !!

I was wondering if the MVMCP will be started as early as Veterans day weekend ?

Usually the first MVMCP is the Friday before Veteran's Day weekend and it tends to sell out a couple weeks before.
