30 SSR Points for Rent left

Greetings! We've got 30 points at SSR available still for rent or transfer, to be used by November 30, 2005. Can be used, of course, at any DVC resort. $10 per point plus PayPal transaction fee. Reply to thread or contact me directly at shannon@harton.net. Thanks for your interest!

For those unfamiliar with the value of DVC points, I offer this comparison:

A three-day weekend at the end of October in a regular room at the Beach Club would run approximately $1,100 (according the CRO website). A similarly-sized and equipped room in the Beach Club Villas would cost 58 points (which we have available for rent) at a cost of $605. Tremendous savings (and great justification for why members should be renting points for more than $10)!

After you've deposited $5.50 per point in my PayPal account (downpayment) I'll make reservations in your name, send you the original copy of the Reservation Confirmation, and you can deposit the balance in my PayPal account.
