30 points expiring soon - what can I do?

It's a long story, but I'm stuck with 30 points that expire on 11/30/2007. 6 of them are in holding, the other 24 are unrestricted. I'm not going to make it back to WDW (much as I would like to) before then. Obviously I am past my banking deadline. Is there anything I can do with these points besides try to rent or transfer them? I think I already know the answer but I just wanted to check with the experts first.

Call your guide and beg for help. Friends of ours did this because of medical reasons and their guide was able to pull a few strings to help out. But they did have a really good reason for missing the banking window.
