I have thrown out the scale, well its in the basement anyway. What I am doing now is something totally different.
I am overweight and need to lose some weight. I am a tight size 12 and should be a comfortable 10.
I also have arthritis, high blood pressure and high cholesterol(220). I have been trying to lose weight for a while but my main concern is feeling better and my clothes looking good on me.
My new diet and so far its working.
Coffee, cream and sugar (yes I know, but I still need to live)
I have a banana in the morning with ½ a toasted bagel and jam.
Lunch a slimfast and veggies about 1 cup and some fruit.
Mid afternoon, crackers and if Im really hungry a bit of peanut butter. Supper I eat pretty much what I want but dont go crazy.
I dont drink enough water but Im trying.
I have lost some inches, my clothes fit better and I have cut down on my medication because of the low sodium diet. So
. whatever works for you. I have not gotten on the scale and I wont. My clothes fit better already, I'm not tired all the time and I feel really good, its only been about a month.
