My son was suppose to stay with his grandma when me and his sisters went on vaca .. Well those plans might not happen if I already bought my tickets what's the best way of getting him a ticket

Go to your airline's website and buy him a ticket. Hopefully there are still some available for your flight. You will then need to call the airline to link his reservation with yours.
