3 weeks to go! Feel unprepared!

So our trip has snuck up on us, we are leaving in just over 3 weeks and I feel like I am not prepared at all!


What do you guys typically have done at 3 weeks out? Any good packing lists/tips you want to share? I still have to keep this all on the down low because my boys dont know yet! We are telling them next weekend for my sons 10th birthday party. I really want to start figuring things out so I'm not rushing at the last min. I do know I'm gonna place my garden grocer order this week...but what else?

Three weeks out - I'm done. Garden grocer order is done (because they do run out of slots), ADR's have been made for months, car service, if needed, has been arranged, I've picked what parks, what days, morning itineraries (we wing afternoons), packing list is made, etc. We surprised the kids for the last trip, and I "packed" in hefty bags (making it look like I was packing up goodwill bags). We went in November, so I just took some of the summer stuff that I would goodwill or put in bins, and put the clothes in the bags.

Good--it is not just me. I am two weeks out and beginning to panic. Fortunately I have my ADRs and stroller rental, so now I am going to do Garden Grocer.

At 3-4 weeks out, I am usually whipping up a couple sets of matching Disney t-shirts for my family.

We have over a dozen sets of matching shirts.
