We are three weeks away from our flight to CBR. What kind of assistance will we be able to get for getting around?

One night we are eating at Concord steakhouse, I guess this requires access to the monorail to get there. That day we will be at Animal Kingdom. Will a CM be available to tell us the best way to get there?

Also will they tell us the best way to get from the Concord steakhouse back to our resort CBR?

First of all, do you mean the Concourse Steakhouse at the contemporary? If so, the easiest way to get there is to take the bus to the MK from your hotel and then walk, only 5-10 minutes, or take the monorail. To get back, if the MK is still open, take the monorail to the MK and then the bus back to your hotel. If it is not open, then you can either take a bus to downtown disney and then another bus to your hotel, this may take a long time, or take a taxi.
To get to the animal kingdom and back just take the bus. The CM's at the hotel will be helpful too.

Thanks, our dining reservation is at 8:30 so it may be a close call. Is there a cut-off time for Downtime Disney? We may have to go that route.

The whole point of doing he plane and magical express is to pay for everything ahead and time and use Disney transportation. Taxi's are definetely out.

From the Animal Kingdom, you can take a bus to the Contemporary Resort (the resort where the Concourse Steakhouse is located). Just look for the Contemporary Resort bus stop at the Animal Kingdom.

However, keep in mind that the Animal Kingdom usually closes at 5:00 p.m. at the time of year that you're there. But your advance dining reservation isn't until at 8:30 p.m.

If I were in this situation, I would either go back to my resort first for a swim, or I would spend a few hours at another park, such as Epcot or MK, before dinner.
