Hey everyone - Im getting pretty excited as it only a few weeks till we leave for our 3 week trip to WDW!
Ive just bought (used) the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 as I found the nifty fifty just wasnt QUITE fast enough when I was there before. Lots of you recommended this too me so Im really excited to get one and try it out.
I have not been very active in my photography this year so Im actually feeling a bit nervous about it! I had a list of shots I want to get (and we are taking my mother for baby sitting duties so Im allowed a couple of nights out for "photos only" without the kids
).
Here are some shots I want to get:
Fireworks from the Ferry Dock at the TTC.
Night shots / long exposures of Tomorrowland, Christmas Castle, World Showcase and Animal Kingdom.
Long exposure of - MK Carousel & teacups
Some DECENT spectro / Christmas parade photos.
Nice candids of the kids.
Im taking my Canon 30D, 17-85IS for general use, 70-300IS for animal portraits / detailing, Sigma 30mm f/1.4 & Canon 50mm f/1.8 for low light work.
Im also taking a beanbag, 4 CF cards (2gb, 4gb, 2x8gb 16gb), lightweight Manfrotto tripod, remote shutter release, giga vu storage device and plenty of tips Ive printed out from here!!
Anything Ive forgotten or any shots you think I can add to my list of possibles?
An excited, but nervous
Allie
