3 way split stay

In the order of stay:
Bay Lake Tower
Rivera
Wilderness

What would be the best way to transfer to each? I do not want to take Uber and would only have a backpack for luggage. I like a challenge It's part of the adventure.

Not sure if you are under a time crunch on transport but uber/lyft will be the most efficient means.

If you'll be in the parks those days, I'd just plan your resort switch using park transport to that resort. If you keep your bag with you then no need to have any luggage transferred either so that's simple.

Same if you plan to go to Disney springs, use that as your resort switch time if you don't want to use uber/lyft. When you say Wilderness are you staying at Fort Wilderness or Wilderness Lodge? I only ask because you could really try a planes, trains, automobiles thing and switch your stay to BLT, WL then to RIV and from BLT you could get creative and do monorail to MK and then the boat from MK to Wilderness lodge.

Bay Lake to Riv I would just walk over to MK and take the bus to Riv. Riv to WL, bus to MK and take the boat to WL.

If you are hitting the parks the best way is just to stow your bag in a locker and then take transport to your new lodging at the end of your park tour. Without using a taxi service, there is no direct way between these resorts in this order. Indirectly, you can transfer between any of the parks or Disney Springs, as long as you really only have a backpack.

No time crunch, been to the parks too many times. Switch days I'm using to stay and enjoy the resort amenities.
I'll be staying at Wilderness Lodge. Don't mind traveling the "world"

Disney will transfer your luggage for you. If you're going to be in the parks those days, then just go to the parks and take transportation back to the new resort. We transferred from Boardwalk to Wilderness Lodge on our last trip and we just went to Magic Kingdom and then when our room was ready we took the boat from there to Wilderness Lodge.

Personally I'd go to Epcot on the day of transfer from Bay Lake to Riviera. Take the monorail from BL to Epcot and then when done at Epcot take the skyliner to Riviera. Then when transfering to Riviera I might take the skyliner to Hollywood Studios and when done just bus to Wilderness. I like to avoid the bus as much as possible. Alternatively you could head into Disney Springs any of those days and just take the appropriate buses.

Then from Bay Lake just walk to MK and get a bus to Riviera. One your WL day take a bus from Riviera to MK and then a boat to WL, that's about the easiest way to do it if you aren't going to have a suitcase with you.
