3 things you can't miss at DL

Ride: Radiator Springs Racers
Show: Fantasmic (though I've been missing it a lot due to the Fastpass)
Food: Matterhorn Macaroon

I would be sure to go to:
- Grizzly River Run (if the weather is warm)
- Fantasmic!
- lunch at Bengal BBQ

Ride: Tower of Terror
Show: Toss up between Aladdin and the Magical Map
Food: Bengal BBQ, followed by a Dole Whip Float

Pirates of the Caribbean & Radiator Springs Racers
Blue Bayou or Goofy's Kitchen (I know, offsite but still part of our Disney experience) depending on the company
Mickey and the Magical Map

Ride: Pirates
Food: Beignets (dish) but for a restaurant - Carthay Circle (food, service, cocktails)
Shows: we don't really stick around for shows.

Ride: Peter Pan
Meal: Chinese Chicken Salad in the sourdough breadbowl at the Pacific Wharf in DCA. (Runner up: Monte Cristos--3-cheese--with pomme frites at Cafe Orleans)
Show: That is a tough one. I love all the big shows, but Turtle Talk with Crush is right up there with WOC, F!, Aladdin, Fireworks, etc. We loved Mickey's Magical Map too.

Ride: Indiana jones
Food: plaza inn
Show: I'm going to go with something less common and say the opening show with the DL band and characters. Mickey's magical map for something bigger.

What is this Matterhorn Macaroon of which you speak? :yay:

Only the most perfect macaroon ever! White chocolate covered coconut macaroon. Though sometimes I'm not in the mood for white chocolate and ask for a naked macaroon.

Show: I love the 3 major shows, but I would probably have to go with Fantasmic.
Ride: I love Space Mountain at DL.. but Haunted Mansion at Halloween time trumps it
Food: Bengal BBQ's meat on a stick is awesome.

Oooo, that looks amazing! And I love the photo against the Matterhorn. I will definitely have to look into that! Thank you so much.

Ride DL = Splash Mountain
Ride DCA = Radiator Springs Racers
Show DL: F!
Show DCA: Aladdin
Meal DL: Big Thunder Ranch BBQ
Meal DCA: Trattatoria during the Pixar Parade

Ride: Indy in DL, Toy Story Midway Mania in DCA (I'll add Radiator Springs Racers too because I know it will be at the top of the list once I get to ride it)
Show: World of Color (have only seen the original show from 2010, curious to see how the 60th with NPH goes)
Food: Churros, Dole Whips. That Matterhorn Macaroon looks amazing though!

Ride: Small World. So iconic.
Show: Mickey's Magical Map
Dining: Little Red Wagon Corndog and a chimichanga from Edelweiss (I eat so healthy almost all the time that these are my favorite splurges ;)
