3 questions...

1. The online dining reservations have been added since my last trip. Can anyone give me the web site where you can make online reservations? Also, what info will I need to schedule online? Our reservation number? We are staying on property in mid-January.

2. What time should we make a reservation (for 8 people) at LTT if we'd like to get a spot for the 7:00 Electrical Parade?

3. What time should we make a reservation in Epcot (either Biergarten or Coral Reef), also for 8 people, in order to get a spot for 9:00 Illuminations?

You could make ADRs 180days + 10 days (for the resort guest). http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservations/dining/ has online reservation section. If you want to catch Electrical Parde at 7, I would personally make adr around 4~5pm at LTT to make sure there's plenty time to get out of the restaurant and get a spot. As for Epcot, I think 6~6:30 ADR would be good.

The general rule of thumb is to allow about 90-minutes for a sit down meal. However, for a group of 8, I would probably allot closer to two hours (just to be safe). In mid-January the crowds probably aren't to bad, so you have a good chance of finding a good place to see IllumiNations from without having to wait long.

When you make your 180+10 ADRs you will need your resort confirmation number. Without, the system will not let you make ADRs for any days beyond the 180-mark.
