3 Questions about Park Hopper

Hello guys
this is will be our first time doing Park Hopper
I got a few questions that I'm confused with.

1) How to park hopper using Disney Transportation?
-Do they offer park to park buses or we'll have to take one to a Disney Hotel and then take another one to the 2nd park?

2) Last year 2017 we watched both Fantasmic and Star Wars Fireworks same day (it was 8pm and 8:45pm if I remember correctly)
-This year I saw 8pm and 8:30pm schedule, so it's kinda impossible to watch both, right?
-maybe park hopper on another day to be able to watch the one we couldn't during the HS day?

3) How Fastpasses work for Park Hopper?
-We can't choose for both in advance, right? Like 2 for the first park and 1 for the 2nd
-We can choose 3 fastpasses for the first park and then we can select a 4th for another park?

1) there is park to park buses, except for MK-Epcot as they have the monorail running between the two. You can also walk between HS and Epcot or take the boats

2) with just a 30 min gap, no you won't be able to do both. Unless you want to leave Fantasmic just a few minutes early before it ends.

3) your first 3 fast passes preselected have to be in one park. During the day after you use your fast passes you can select from another park 1 by 1. Sometimes we rope drop one park, then have our fast passes set up later when we're in the second park.

And to add to #3; you don't have to use all 3 in one park the day-of. So one afternoon I had FoP in AK, and then a safari FP as well. We did FoP and decided we didn't want Safari, so I canceled it and then could make a FP for EPCOT (Soarin). And notice, again, day-of, I had a tier 1 at AK (FoP), and then got a tier 1 at EPCOT (Soarin). So the rules get tweaked a bit that actual day.

The "tier rules" don't directly apply "between" multiple same-day parks.

Yes, the main point is you don't have to use 3 FP's in order to get another tier 1 on the same day. It's my understanding that before it is day-of you can't hold 2 tier 1's regardless of whether you are hopping or not. At least that is the way it used to be.

To get another Tier 1 in another park, that’s true. To get one in the same park, it’s not. These situations are explained in the FP FAQ.

Right, that was a part of my original post in answer to the OP as to how it works if you change parks.
