1st question: When people talk about making reservations using AP rates, does that have anything to do with the Annual Pass for the parks?

2nd question: If I have AP's can I get discounts on my room?

3rd question: If I buy the Annual Passes for the parks it does not include Pleasure Island or DisneyQuest. Is Pleasure Island
the area that includes the Hard Rock Cafe,Bongo's all the great stores and restaurants or just the club area?

thanks!!

"AP rates" refers to the discounts on resort rooms available only to persons having annual passes for park admission. All persons staying in the room do not have to be annual passholders to get the discount, but someone in the party must be an annual passholder and must be present at check-in. The person may be a child. The annual pass needs to be in hand in case the resort employee performing the check-in process asks to see it. The special discounts are not always available and are released at various times throughout the year. To find dates when there are discounts for AP holders, just keep checking this board or call CRO .

Yes - AP stands for Annual pass (as just stated by the previous poster ;) )

Yes - if they are offering an AP discount for when you will be there and they have the rooms on discount available -- Keep checking www.mousesavers.com to see if there are any discount AP codes available for the dates of your trip!

There are 2 kinds of AP's - a regular AP will only get you into the 4 major parks - MK,Epcot,MGM, and AK. A PREMIUM AP will get you into all 4 of the major parks, both waterparks BB and TL and Pleasure Island and I think Disney Quest as well. PI is the area that has all the clubs and resturaunts and shops -- the Hard rock Cafe' however is not in Disney. It is in Universal Studios. Disney has Planet Holleywood though. Hope this was of some help. Good luck!! ;)

thanks!!

Just remember, Pleasure Island is just one part of Downtown Disney. There are many shops and restaurants outside of Pleasure Island you can also enjoy with no paid admission (including Planet Hollywood). Here is a link for you. ~:D~
