Today we had yet another early brekkie - up at 5am !! We did actually decide to forget about trying to adjust as at least we were getting to the parks early before the crowds.
When we woke up we found thta overnight camerons eye had swollen and was oozing lots of discharge - it looked so sore and he wouldnt stop messing with it. I was very aware that if we took him anywhere we would be a long time explaining his medical history and then how on earth do we find a hospital that knows how to deal with an artificial eye?? After a few tears I decided we would put in loads of his steriod drops ( talk about overdosing a kid!!) Then I covered his eye in Vaseline so it would stop sticking together. He was screaming in pain the whole time I was doing it but I knew any hosp wouldnt really be able to help us and a trip to them would be rather pointless. After a while he calmed down and we agreed to go find mickey mouse see if he could make him smile
So we headed for Animal Kingdom
The weather was actually like it should be in Florida today a nice 30 degrees and that did loads to lift our spirits!!
Our first stop was the its tough to be a bug - Me and keira chickened out right at the last minute and instead decided to people watch !! I think we had the most fun - there is something about keira that draws people to here and a band was playing a litle way down the street. Keira was dancing in the middle of the path completly blocking the way and to my surprise people actually started joining her by the time the boys came out there was a good group of people dancing with keira to the music ! I was doubled over and the video I took is so shaky from my laughing !!
When we eventually dragged keira away from her fan club
we headed towards the winnie the pooh meet area - she loved this !!!
We had Tigger bouncing for ages and he sat down and pretended to go to sleep Keira just shouted Up Tigger Bounce U cant get tired !!
After persuading Keira it was time to get an ice cream we went into DinoLand!! The kids loved this part of the park and the queues today were non exsitent so they got to ride everything.
Wayne took the boys on Dinosaur - Dan bless him came out white!!
I really wanted to do Expedition Everest as this wasnt there last time we went - Oh my god this an awesome ride. Going backwards in the dark is so scary !!! Unless you are 8 and then you can get off and say "Is that it thought it was meant to be scary "
Cameron rode this 3 times and loved every second of it!!!
The last go on the ride his eye fell out because he was jostled about so much - luckily he caught it but now we were left with the task of discreetly putting it back in - all the stuff to do this was back at the car so we decided as the picnic was there too we would head back to the car sort Cam out and eat our picnic!!
We managed to go to plan
and lucky for us noone returned to their car while we were wrestling with cameron in the back of ours 
We then headed back to the park - I actually have to say that the rest in the car was far nicer than we expected and the kids ate much better than when we grabbed something in the parks!
As we got back to the turnstiles there was flik from bugs life waving at us - amazingly no q at all so we all ran over and a cm took the best pic of the hols;
We decided against doing the safari today as it is really bumpy and we feared another case of cams eye falling out !! Instead we went to watch Lion King - fantastic I enjoyed it just as much as 4 yrs ago even though this time we didnt get to join in !!
The characters were agin not very busy so we stopped to say hi -
The parade was fab and agin most of the walking characters were drawn to keira and we got loads of high fives and hand shakes !!
We found stitch on the way out which finally brightened camerons day - stitch was so naughty the kids were laughing hysterically. Keira challenged him to bounce like tigger so stitch climbed on to a step and jumped off keira was bouncing with excitement as he did so. ( Again photopass took pics as we all got involved!!)
We were amazed to find that it was 5pm and the park was shutting so after collecting our free pin for the day and the boys persuading me that pin trading was a good idea to start we left for the villa.
