Well if it's the pkg. we hope it is I blame automatic postage thing as that is what I used.

I have never used those automatic machines, but have heard many people having trouble with them with not charging the correct postage. Wish the USPS would fix that problem. Keep us updated Cindy.

I had always found ours seemed to weigh heavy and postage seemed right to me so I didn't question it.
