We need to figure out who is going to the CP pkg and who just wants to have lunch at 12:30 at Rose and Crown... Rosie. We haven't heard from you ....what is your preference? CP or no CP?that is the question of the evening! Sooo....today I was reading posts from Disney friends who are WDW right now...they covered so much in a couple of days...then started thinking of all the attractions I want to do because it has been withdrawal for THREE LONG YEARS!!! I don't want anyone to feel obligated to go on attractions with me...BUT....I cannot go alone or I'll just cry through the whole thing. Just giving y'all a heads up that I will be looking for volunteers! And THEN I thought....how the heck am I going to do all the attraction I don't want to miss?!?!?

Marie, I saw that post on the POFQ thread about the guest who found the beds uncomfortable...try to remember how many more guests say they found the beds comfortable.

When we stayed there last time, the beds were pillow top and very comfy. It was just after a recent refurb.

Janet and Linda...how did you find the POR beds last January? POR very likely has the same exact beds as FQ. Thanks!

(Marie, your last visit was 2011? I was thinking it was last year ....you are only a yr less than me in time away! So happy ou are icing in the Grannie and Wannabe trip!)

I wanted to ask about your back....did you get to the massage today? Does your back feel any better at all? Sending loads of ISPD (industrial strength pixie dust).

Watching Hotel Impossible...bedbugs in Orlando/Kissimmee hotel...Bed bug exterminator said it was the worst he had ever seen. Anthony once again went over how to check for bedbugs AND clean sheets etc....he is right...it is worth the few extra minutes it takes...and anything less than immaculate is not acceptable.

I don't feel so bad about my expectations anymore.

Even after reading everything to be found online, I still don't understand how the new one works... just another FP by a different name? I cannot do stairs, especially in the dark...so can I get the ...what is the new one called....to avoid stairs like I could with the GAC?

Christine , MS would definitely qualify you for the DAS and if you say you can't do stairs then you would have to use the Wheelchair entrance sometimes such as in TSM I would imagine !! I know on TSM one year we had one who had a very hard time with stairs and Carol took her on the w/c entrance , I think she sad it took longer but it was still much better than the stand bye line !!

Well I'm in a different time zone so I haven't even had dinner yet!

I think by using the Tables card these breakfasts will cost about the same as a resort food court .... just sayin! And we can always adjust the times so we could do rope drop and then hop on the boat (and I do know you are the other one who loves her some boats!!!) to Kona and/or GF Cafe .... it is all possible.

Is th card just for TS ???

I think my answer would need to be no for the same reason I wasn't interested in the CP Pkg .... time. We only have one day in Epcot and World Showcase doesn't open until 11. There is so much I want to do there so I don't think I want to take time out of my day to do 2 TS. Therefore I think I'd rather do Via Napoli at 7 .... some of the entertainment is done by then so I don't feel I'll be missing as much. I will probably just grab something from the French Bakery or another CS. Then once everyone is done with their TS lunch we would meet up again.

Janet, this list doesn't include the CP pkg ADR for those who want to attend. The 12:30 was made just in case the pkg did not happen...but...you, Marie and Rosie all want want to experience CP (definitely worth it!). Any chance the pkg ADR could be moved to an earlier time since we have Via Napoli at 7? Thanks!
Once we know how many, I can make another 12:30 CP pkg ADR and we could let Linda Magic know about our Via Napoli at 7.

Go ahead and cancel Trail's End - that was for me - since Marie and I have the MFT EPCOT event that evening we'd not be able to make the 7:10 ADR. Thanks!!

My thoughts on the CP .... yes, I did want to do it but really want to stay with the group. Some time I'll make it back to do this, perhaps on the DP, when it's a great deal. I'm okay with skipping it this trip.

Linda, your 2 cents is making perfect sense!! ....Originally we spoke of adding the second TS for the CP experience (Via Napoli was always the hands on favorite!)..... but with people chiming in on not necessarily wanting the CP pkg, might an option be getting CS ... heck we can go to both France and England!! .... and using the extra time we gain by skipping a second TS, with touring WS, picking up some delish French pastries... heaven!! .... a grey goose slushie or two (or three )...and the other great snacks, and nibbles along the way?? And throw in the great music acts, Off Kilter, and the Italy and China entertainment (and so on!)

Oh don't let me forget I want to go pick a pearl in Japan!!

OMG ... And the Santas!!!!

So what does everyone think? Marie and Rosie, would that be ok with you all? Or do you want the TS? We can grab some fish and chips, the French onion soup, some decadent French pastries (oh la la!!), grab a bench and listen to Off Kilter!

Hi Janet I'm ok with 2 TS because I need to eat fairly on schedule with my diabetes/blood sugar issues -- I can eat around 12 and be fine again around 7 for dinner I really wanted Rose and crown for the scotch eggs. I'm ok too though doing CS If you all prefer. What do the others think?

Marie, what an eggs-traordinary idea! (sorry those old yearbook days die hard!! ). Why don't we stop at the R&C, place the order and then those of us that want a different CS (France comes to my mind ...) can go get their food and come back to UK. It probably won't take long! Great idea!

I'll probably go with you to get something else as a scotch egg is just an appetizer lol -- what is good in France QS? I like Germany / bratwurst, I also like Tangarine Cafe (morocco) ..... Too many yummy QS in Epcot WS

lol I was clicking away to multi quote (not easy on an iPad ) when I realized by the last post everything was all sorted out!

This trip has been in the works for soooooooo long....I am very much looking forward to spending time together. It is different from a family trip when we are usually the one doing all the planning - a trip like this calls us to be flexible ....it is a joy to see that unfold among us. Brings back wonderful memories all the MouseFest gatherings, when we would gather and have so much fun doing attractions.

Pretty sure there is at least one ADR for everyone who asked for a specific one...and extras for those who are excited to eat at some of the other ADRs.

Although Marie and I will be at EPCOT on Friday evening for the MFT guest appreciation event, we will not have time for strolling through WS or attractions. The guest appreciation is usually a Dessert Party and one group attraction - which pretty much covers the 8-11 time frame.

The gist of all that explaining is that is easy to over plan...I love the suggestion of CS aka Nibbling Our Way Through WS or Take Away at Rose and Crown - this way everyone can grab something yummy....a few times!

There is SO MUCH to enjoy this time of year...I can almost hear the music now.

Thank you Janet although I am not the best at keeping my blood sugar under control, I am sure!! Lol All I know is if I don't eat I'll get shaky, irritable and sick feeling -- so try to keep some kind of food in me breakfast, lunch and dinner -- not that it's hard in Disney! I love Disney dining!!
