3 generations CSR or POR?

In May three generations going to WDW, DDs - 10 & 13, DH - 48, Parents - 73 & 76. Would CSR or POR be better? My parents will not be spending as much time in the parks as us and I want them to have a place they can enjoy. Has anyone taken their parents to these resorts?

While my parents haven't been to these resorts, we did take them to WDW last November for our 3 generation trip. I have stayed at POR personally and think this would be the best resort for your parents. They can walk down the river or even take a ferry to DownTown Disney. It seems more relaxing that CSR and I believe it is not as "sprawled" out.

I took my mom who is almost 70 years old to CS, she really loved the resort. in fact one night she and I rode the train or cart, that will take you around the whole place. we stayed on it for about 4 trips around the whole place.
we really enjoyed just stopping and picking up other quest.
They lady that was running the cart was really sweet.
I really love CS resort the best.
I love the food at pepper market.
I think its really quiet over at that resort.
its nice to sit in front of the pepper market and watch birds or people walk by.

My vote is for POR. Your parents can enjoy the carriage rides and boat rides to DTD, or walk around and just take in the scenery, and your kids will have a great time at Ol' Man Island (the pool), and can even hop on over to POFQ to use the dragon slide.

You can check out my CSR website to view pics and gather info on the resort. CSR has a salon too. Good luck deciding. I would vote for CSR!!

POR all the way, not quite as sprawl out as the CSR but almost. POR has boatrides to DTDisney, nature walks.

CSR. We were there for Christmas with In-laws. They really enjoyed walking around the grounds. In fact, they saw more of it than I did!
