3 days... which park for last day?

If you had a solo trip planned and you had two full days and the third day you would need to leave for the airport around 5:00 pm, which park would you put for the day you leave? I've been to all parks before and not sure I really have a favorite. The three parks I am going to are MK, HS and Epcot. The week is the Wednesday-Friday in February after the MLK holiday. It will be busy. I'm just trying to figure out my best strategy to do the most. I will consider buying Genie+ but not for the day I can't stay at the park the whole day. My original thoughts were MK and Epcot for the full days because I like those parks the best in the evenings. But a not quite full day 8:30 am- 5:00 pm at HS without Genie+ sounds rough. Any thoughts or tips for strategies would be appreciated.

I might go to the park I enjoyed the most on the first or second day.

As long as I was going to get to the park early, I would choose HS as my last day park, Epcot 1st day, MK second day.

HS without genie+ for less than a full day sounds better than the other two options. MK you'd just miss too much. Epcot I wouldn't want to limit hours if you want to make sure to ride guardians.

I would do what you suggested, but I would also buy G+ for the last day at DHS. It will be worth even more than G+ for a full day at Epcot IMO.

How would I make that work? What if I choose Toy Story Mania for my first Genie+ pick and they only option is in the evening after I'm gone? Do you think I could get enough Genie+ rides for before 5:00? Curious about this. What order would you pick rides for Genie+ on the last day if it's HS?
