3 days to go and nothing to do.

Heck, I'm in the same rut...plans all made...ADRs all done...but I have FIVE MONTHS to go!!!

Painted a lime green mickey head onto my belly bag!

I just printed out all my ADRs with times, date and confirmation number, and put them on a credit-card sized piece of stiff paper.
On the other side I put confirmation numbers for tours, park hours etc...

Then I did the homemade laminating job (clear packing tape stuck on each side)

Packed it away into my belly bag!

Now I am off to wash our Crocs!

I say enjoy the feeling of anticipating your trip to Disney! At this point, your ENTIRE trip is still waiting to be enjoyed.

I write this just a wee bit depressed that the trip we were anticipating for so long is now two weeks ago. We need us some more Disney soon!

Aw thats such a good idea! I might have to do that. I hate the week before we leave for our disney trips. OMG they draggggggggggggggg Hmm lets see Mulan, Lion King, couple other disney movies dont no what yet and homemade Zebra Domes! LOL. Then I can compare mine to the actual thing when I get there

I usually have a Disney movie night where we will watch all our faves.. and feast on some favorite Disney fare http://www.homestead.com/disneyrecipes/index4.html
We all will pick a fave and cook it up!

Well think of it this way. The more busier you are, the more time will fly, and the sooner ur trip will come. Alot better then sitting around staring at the clock wishing that day would finally get here.

Geez, I wish I had nothing to do between now and Wednesday! I have to work 8 hour days today, tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday, attend a rehearsal for the show I'm currently doing, make an appearance at my friend's baby's baptism after-party and possibly squeeze in a manicure. Oh yeah, have I mentioned that I haven't packed yet?

Wow bounce sheets in ur luggage? Never thought of that. Thanks for the idea! Lord know my luggage prob needs it. It hasnt seen sunlight since this pass April and the next time its going out is in Aug 2007? Yes, I defiantly needs some laundry sheets!

I am in the same boat as you all, yay!
We leave wednesday too.

Yesterday I:
-Printed off the awesome packing list from Mousesavers (added and deleted things as necessary)
-Cleaned house
-shopped
-Put Bounce pads in the suitcases and zipped them up so they would smell nice inside
-made more activity page puzzles for the kids
-spent lots of time on the Dis
-checked flights again
-called to see if we could get into the family magic tour (been booked full for weeks, but I keep trying, hoping for a cancellation!)

Today I:
-shopped
-cleaned
-tried on and put together a few outfits
-did laundry
-put lime green ribbons on our suitcases to make them easier to spot
-called for the family magic tour again (no luck!)
-took DD to doctor-she has tonsillitis, respiratory infection and ear infections-yikes!!
-went and got dd antibiotics
-added to shopping list
-watching Country Bears later

Still have to:
-get lime green mickey heads ready!
-pack
-stress!!

I know how you feel DH is over there right now as well. He comes home in October. Hes in the Air force. We however are staying at the AKL (standard view) next Aug though. We're going down for our 3rd anniversary and a welcome home type thing for him. But after that. Probably ALMo. Let me know how ASMu is. Never stayed there before. But I have at ASMo. Sorry to hear about ur grandson. Hope he feels better soon.

i actually just booked our trip 2 days ago. im on vacation anyways so when i saw a code i said to my dh lets go. we leave tuesday morning on the 620 am amtrak train into wash.dc.thenonto disney . i got a sleeper car this time. only for the way down though, its pretty pricy. i tried to get standard room at akl ,cause my dh is dying to stay there. but no standard. so we are gooing to asmusic, its alot less $$$$$ i would of loved to surprise him with akl, but right now it just wasnt in our budget.not to babble , but our 3 1/2 month old grandson just got a one of those medical helmets for his problem with his head. it was more than just sleeping on one side type of problem. we have been at childrens hospital in waltham,ma. super nice doctor and nurses. my son in law is in iraq. they should be home in november. but all the insurance companies are saying that it is cosmetic , so even though my son in law is fighting in iraq ,in the army, for our country....they do not want to pay for it. the helmet was just over 2,000.00 bucks.. so we werent sure if we should go, but we decided toat the last min. im sure its gonna be busy and hot. but we could use the break..... sorry about my babbling............im packing tomorrow............................hope every one has a great trip.

I have to be fair here - only read part of the thread - but I am at 39 sleeps left and at the same point ADR's done, every single library book I can read on the bus had been read and reread, passporter so complete it's almost medicatable (is that a word?) ---- ADR's so perfect there has to be a flaw. It's a tad early to pack... WHAT DO I DO NOW!!!!!! Huge problem is my family SO is not excited as I am. I told them this is the last trip I am taking with them, next time it's a new family (seriously).

photocopied all our birth certificates, itinerary, etc... and put the extra copies in the suitcase (originals in carry-on)
cleaned
shopped
bought puzzle books for me for on the plane
cleaned fridge out
watered plants
mowed lawn
got the final school supplies bought
cleaned inside the van
emailed family with emergency numbers, itinerary etc..

Only one more full day until we go!

We leave in the morning too! Nothing left to do except blow-dry and straighten my hair, clean the hamster cage, set the VCR to tape Big Brother and Prison Break while we are gone, go over the lists one more time, watch Big Brother, then try to get to sleep!
