3 days, no hoppers, which park would you skip?

Magic Kingdom

But I realize that's probably not going to work with the age of the OPs kids. (Honestly I rarely go to that park!)

Realistically with young boys I would skip either Hollywood Studios or Epcot in favor of Animal Kingdom. Of course I dont' get the "half day park" idea either. I guess if all you do is race from ride to ride then... it is, but you are missing the point of the park.

AK. We usually have the least amount to do there attraction-wise. And given that we live near the Bronx Zoo, the animals are not that big a draw for us.

With kids that age, I'd do 2 days MK and one HS.

Normally, I'm not a huge HS fan, but at those ages, my kids loved it. This year, that's the park we are skipping.

I don't think there'd be a lot at Epcot to interest them for a whole day, and AK is a half day park IMO.

When I was younger, I definitely enjoyed AK more than Epcot. I would spend a few hours there everyday of our vacation. Now that I'm older, I definitely like Epcot more than AK and feel like there's more to do there.

It'd definitely depend on the personal preferences of your children, though you may want to keep in mind that AK usually closes a few hours earlier than Epcot.

Dhs or 2 days at MK and one at either Epcot or AK, depending on your kids.

I think it is ultimately up to you. Maybe what can help you decide is thinking about what your kids' main interests are as far as characters and themes? My first instinct is to say skip Hollywood Studios. Aside from Toy Story Midway Mania (which I'll admit is awesome and perfect for kids), the theming and attractions of DHS could probably be better appreciated by teens and adults. What's more, if you want to get the most out of your time, DHS seems to have the least amount of attractions overall compared to the other parks.
Whatever you decide, have a great time! :cool1:

2 days in MK and 1 in HS. You might get all you want out of MK and one day, then decide to go else where. But for me.. MK usually takes up 2-3 days of my week-long trips. The only thing I would really miss would be Soarin. I like AK but could easily skip it.

Just got back from 3 days at the parks and did MK, HS and EPCOT. My kids are 6 and 4 and if we were to do it again we would do 2 days at MK and 1 at HS

I'd skip Epcot, no question. We have APs and may skip Epcot on our next trip, though, so it's solely based on our interests. If we go at all, it's to eat and maybe do Soarin and Test Track. With boys 5 and 7, I can't imagine them being more interested in the cultural experience at Epcot than riding Tower of Terror or Kali River Rapids. I would do one long MK day, then a day each at HS and AK.

My boys are 8 and 6. We haven't been to Epcot in the last 2 trips. My oldest isn't into DHS either so if we had 3 day it would be 2 MK, 1 AK.

Personally, I'd skip EPCOT. There aren't many attractions that I'd say would be interesting to kids, and if they're picky eaters, they probably won't appreciate a lot of the restaurants in the World Showcase. AK is a half-day park, so I'd do 2 days at MK and 1 at HS.
