3 days before final payment and my account is screwed up...

The 9 ping alert emails at 6 am wasn't a great start to my day esp on a 930 am work schedule day -- but hubby is glued to phone and waiting at home :(
 
Yikes. I rearranged fp all through the vacation a couple of weeks ago. It'll all work out even if you have to make the changes at kiosks.
 
Not a nice way to wake up! I haven't got any emails but my MDE is empty, too. It's like I never booked anything at all! :scared: I really hope it's fixed, soon!
 

Tickets, ADRs and FP+ missing from my account and we're leaving on Friday! I'm sure that it will all get sorted out eventually. I feel worse for the people who are there right now and their info is missing. What happens to them if they show up at A&E only to learn that MDE ate their FP+?
 
We are less then 1 hour away from checking in at ft.wilderness - I hope my reservation is there??!?

My YC reservation is missing but that's at the end of a split stay. I just can't do online check in for it right now.
 
The system is back up, but still spotty in areas. I was able to finish booking my FP+ selections, but when I click on the reservations page on MDE, sometimes my resort ressie shows up, and sometimes it doesn't. My ADRs are only showing up in bits and pieces as well... So, it's on the mend, but not 100% at the moment.

Sometimes it works itself out kind of on it's own. I know most of the old discounts expired on the 18th. It could be they are loading more, we'll see this week.

If you have still have a glitch, it's usually fixable. We've been through a particularly difficult one. I kept a spiral notebook with who I talked to and what steps they took. It helps, especially if you get a couple of people working on your issue. What finally fixed our problem was changing our Disney email address. They migrated everything over to the new one. Still don't know why there were problems with the old one, but it was a solution. (This took about 4 days, total.)

The last thing is probably obvious, but I try to be reasonably polite and patient. It's frustrating, but I realized the Disney IT phone person didn't wake up and say, "Gosh, I think I'll screw up Gwynne's account today."
 
I don't blame you for getting upset, getting all of those emails would be very scary. I haven't heard that one before yikes! I hope it all gets settled for you.
 
My stuff is all goofy right now, too. Reservation is gone, some ADRs, and some FP+, as well. However, all my tickets are still there! I will just wait and look at it tomorrow. We check in on Saturday.

Thanks! It came with my Samsung Note tablet, it's called Choco Cooky. I just had to choose it in my settings.

I'm glad that you finally got it fixed. I logged in this morning to find all of my tickets, ADRs, reservations and FP+ were back....But my Memory Maker was missing! UGH!

Keep refreshing the page. When I logged on this morning, some of my reservations weren't there. I kept refreshing and it all eventually came back.:surfweb:
 
I am so over this.

When my AP expires I am DONE with Disney for a while. IT's not fun to fight with their systems, I am amazed that people stay up all night to snag a reservation for a meet and great. The fun is quickly disappearing!

I despise Disney IT system. I have a co worker who left my company to go work there in 2012, I told her to make the system work. Period. LOL
With that said. I love staying up and planning everything. It's fun for me to plan. It keeps me in the Disney spirit in between trips to do the planning.
