Ok so my sister is at it again throwing around wedding ideas and i guess one that her and her fiancee have agreed on is possibly doing a 3 day cruise..this way each person is responsible for their own airfare and then the cruise itself..so basically we are all paying to attend her wedding which is a lil odd to be but whatever lol...so i'm just curious as to how much 3 day cruises run? and in everyone's opinion is it really worth going on just a THREE day cruise? At this point I am seriously considering not attending the wedding but that is because of other factors but I may just fly down to FL, where everyone will fly out of, and stay there while everyone attends the wedding and have my own relaxation lol..but i just wanna get an idea of prices..do 3 day cruises do excursions? i know everyone will need passports if it's anything international..Thanks so much, just wanna be prepared for whatever she throws at us next lol

The cost of the cruise depends on so many factors: cruise line, time of year, type of cabin, # of ppl in your cabin... so the price could be anywhere from several hundred to several thousand dollars. Most likely a 3 day cruise would include a visit to the Bahamas (Nassau) so yes, you could book excursions.

As far as if it's worth it? Only you can decide. I have been on a 4-day, 7-day, 10-day amd 12- day cruises and it is my opinion that the longer, the better. But if you have never cruised before a 3-day might be great to see how you like it.

My wife's daughter (all of her relatives live in England) just got married on a beach in Aruba. Only relatives who were interested in going went and they had a reception for everyone else when they returned to England. You could suggest something along those lines so people who may not have the time and/or money for airfare and a cruise could still celebrate their union.

i THINK that's what they have in mind because my sister mentioned it would only be about 25 people but sounds like they want to get married on the cruise but idk
