They don’t usually announce an end date. I just looked and the description on the website says they can modify or end it at any time. My guess is it’s a matter of how busy they are. I’m hearing attendance is down (economy? People waiting for Epic to open next year?) so they’re looking to entice people to book vacations with them. A phone/chat TM or travel agent specializing in Universal may have a rough idea, but probably no one will commit to a particular date because UO always gives themselves an out in the terms and conditions.
