3-D Mickey Balloon Pins at WDW?

I was browsing ebay this a.m. and came across a pin of Eeyore holding a red 3-D Mickey balloon. The seller had several, plus several other characters w/balloons. Can anyone tell me if these are open-edition? I'm wondering if I can wait 'til we go to WDW at the end of October to get one, or if I need to cave and buy one on ebay. Any help is appreciated!!

The pins you are talking about are free D mickey balloon series pins. I believe there were 8 or 9 of them. I got mine in July when the Pin Trader store opened. They cost 8.50 each and are rack pins. Not LE. I have a few for trade if you are interested.
