3 course menu item on dining plan?

If a menu offers a 3 course menu item already packaged together like the prix fixe at Chefs de France, can you get that with a table service credit on the dining plan?

I know the dining plan doesn't cover appetizers if they are ordered separately, but what if they are included in the menu item?

1) If the prix fixe includes appy, yes.
2) It is priced to include all the elements listed.
3) Typically you get smaller portions of each item.
4) This allows for the appy.
5) Also, in some cases, substitutions may not be allowed.

NOTE: Whether 1 or 2 credits depends upon the restaurant.
If a Signature, then two credits, otherwise one credit.

The prix fixe menus are included on the dining plan. They are available at Les Chefs, Nine Dragons, Le Cellier (lunch only), Captain's Grill and Kona Cafe. It is the only time you can get an appetizer on the regular DDP. However, no substitutions allowed. I did not notice that portion sizes were any different.
