Hi! My two best friends and I are planning a trip for right after we finish our first year of college. It is both of their first times. I am an AVID Disney freak, have been about 9 times. (I'm only 18) We're going for 7 nights with the buy-4 get-3 deal. We're most likely getting the Dining Plan as I can't see how we could possibly save more money without it. It's getting very exciting, as we're leaving May 25th!!

If anyone has ANY tips on saving money in the parks (food, discounts on souvenirs, etc.), I'd appreciate it. We're working on college students' budgets here!! Thanks!!

Welcome to the DIS.

I am going to move you to our pre-trip board.

How to save money going to WDW, hmm.

Some counter service meals are so large, it is very easy to share.

Eat at the Pepper Market at Coronado Springs Resort.
This is a Counter Service resturant and you can use your
Counter service credits and it almost can compare to a Table Service resturant. Then you can use 2 of your Table Service credits to eat at a Signature Resturant like Hoop de Doo or some other one that takes 2 table service credits.

If you want to earn some Disney Gift cards, check out Sunshine Rewards. Lots of DIS members joined, and you can do 3 daily survey's, paid clicks. I earned almost $800 in one year. I can't give you the link, because I am not suppose to, but I can mention it. Just type out the word with the .com at the end.

Have a great trip, and keep posting with all your plans.
