Now that I have that out of my system..... This morning we had our Day 9 Celebration with MICKEY MOUSE PANCAKES! Please ignore my sleepy bed-head look!

I have been fighting a terrible head cold....cough, headache, etc. I need to kick this thing so I can get this family ready to hit the road. Doing my best to push through, but it's kinda kicking my butt!

You guys are so much more organized then I am. I hate packing and put it off to the last possible second.

I usually repack a couple times before we leave on a trip. I'm an organizing junkie.

Take Me Out To The Ballgame!

Tonight we started our "10 days till vacation" celebrations. Tonight's theme was "Take Me Out To The Ballgame." I made hot dogs and nachos for dinner....I know, not the most healthy meal...and we had a centerpiece of peanuts and cracker jacks! We also surprised the boys with tickets to the Orioles vs Rays baseball game in Tampa on the night before our cruise.

We're almost in single digits!

More celebrations coming up. I was slightly sidelined by bronchitis. It took me out for a few days, but I'm getting better now and getting back on my game!

Thanks Angie! I'm feeling better every day....still not 100% but definitely on the mend. I'm glad I went and got antibiotics when I did.

Sorry about the slight delay in getting these posted. Bronchitis hit me like a ton of bricks and took me down and off my game for a few days. I'm starting to feel better now thankfully.

So, Monday night was day 8 and WRECK-IT RALPH MOVIE NIGHT! The only one of us who had seen the movie was Jonah so we decided to rent it and make a night of it. We got ourselves some popcorn and movie candy and sat back to enjoy the show. It's a really good thing this was a low key celebration as I was really not feeling well. We all enjoyed the movie though!

Yesterday was day 7 and we celebrated by featuring a World Showcase Country. It was GERMANY night in the Petty house! I made pork schnitzel, potato and leek soup (right from the WDW recipe), sauteed red cabbage and apples, and Black Forest Cake. My boys loved it all!
