3 bedroom at Bonnet creek

Has anyone every rented a 3 bedroom from Ken Price at Bonnet Creek, are they hard to come by and does anyone know the $ per night for a 3 bedroom if you book less than 60 days out?

I do know the 3BRs are hard to come by. At least, for our trip dates, they were sold out long before the 60 day mark. We really wanted a presidential unit and there were none, but I was able to obtain one on EBay. Denise Price gave me the prices on the 3br but I can't remember exactly-and that price was more than 60 days so it wouldn't matter. I ended up paying $200 a night for a 3br Presidential unit which I think is a pretty good deal, especially compared to Disney prices.

I just booked a 3 bedroom about 3 weeks ago for our stay in two weeks. We did not go through Ken though. I booked through Paul Symington at Utopia World Vacations and paid about $110/night. I have seen some people on here get them for much less though.

I think both price and availability differs depending on time of year.

We got one mid-May last year. The price did drop at the 60 day window.
I think the price was $130 but I may be wrong.

How does one get ahold of Ken? I've been quoted some prices for May 21-29 ranging from $833-$1350 for a 2bedroom. That seems like more than what I've seen people on here pay. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Oh the $833 was for May 21-28. We really want 8 nights.

just got an email from Ken, quoted me $275 for a 3 bedroom now and if one is available at the 60 day mark it will be $180, was really hoping for $130

Thank you! Ken got me a 2 bedroom at $120 a night including taxes and fees soI think that is pretty awesome. Only a few weeks till we get there.

The key to getting a deal is to shop around and have some flexibility. I have never paid more than $100 for a 2BR.

Denise Price told me you cannot get 8 nights in a single reservation-max reservations are 7 nights. So you would need 2 reservations anyway.

I had the same problem (we are going for 8 nights) so I found a good deal on a 7 night reservation and then had to deal with where to stay the other night. There were no 3 BR Presidentials available (I guess it's going to be packed while I am there ) so we booked Wilderness Lodge with an AP rate for that one night ($235). Denise did say that if you have 2 reservations with the same type of unit, chances are they won't move you mid stay because they don't want to have to clean the unit.

Ken ended up making two back to back reservations. One for 6 days and one for 2 days.
