Hello,
I am torn between a 3/4 day cruise on the Wonder and a 7 day on the Fantasy. I love the idea of two castaway days but I am concerned that the trip will feel segmented and it will be difficult for my kids in vibe to make friends then to start over again. Anyone have any experience that can offer thoughts or tips it would be appreciated!

I personally would do a 7 day for the reasons you stated and also because there would only be one sea day with a 3/4 day B2B. A 7 day allows your kids time to really settle in and make friends and you would have more variety for entertainment available. On the B2B's you'll be watching the same shows for the most part and participating in the same deck parties. I think a B2B is better than just one short cruise but I will always choose a full 7 day (or longer) if I have the option.

And it seems like nearly half of a day of your vacation is lost when doing a B2B? I can't speak from experience (have never done a B2B) but it seems as though it would be wasted morning by having to get off and get back on? I have read that the process can be smooth and quick but I personally would rather not do this....

Another vote for 7 over 3/4 B2B.

Depends on the price. If price is the same or not the issue than a 7 day for sure. More variety of activities. On a 3/4 you will get the same shows twice and a lot of the same activities.

If there is a huge price difference I would considerate it.

We are doing a 5/4 night back to back (total of 9 nights) and saving $1000 than doing a 7 day. So for me it is worth it.
