I'll have some bracelets on - we found these cheapo slinky-like things at the store this weekend. My daughter will have on a bright green t-shirt with sharks on it. (her clothing choices are another story for another day). we should be at the port fairly early since we're staying at the Radisson friday night.

anyone know the water temps? someone earlier said water temps were cold at CC. We have lived in Fl. for 20+ and and don't swim much when it's cold.

Last year I went on the March 25 western cruise and the temp of the water was like 76-ish. Yes, it is chilly, but you get used to it really quick!

Well, I started packing yesterday and had the kids try on their warm weather gear. This was a good idea because DS6 has grown a bit since last summer. Luckily, he still has enough to fit him, or I'd be rushing out to buy him more before we leave. Sounds like it will be quite warm!! I talked to my hairdresser this evening. She was on the Wonder a few weeks ago. She said Castaway water was cold, but you get used to it. I hope she's right! Otherwise, sand castle making will be the plan of the day!

I started packing last night too and apparently I've grown since last summer, and not in a good way.

I just went over the list and see lots of 6/7 yo boys but no girls, anyone lurking with a girl? I think we'll do the ribbon thing too...

My DD7 will turn 8 in April. I'm going to try and get her in the Lab. I'll have to get some lime ribbon too! also have boys 11 and 13. The 13yo wants to go to the lab to be with his brother rather than the teen area.

I just noticed that my fingers were quicker than my brain (or vice versa?!) - my DD is 7 - not 8.

Hi everybody, just filling out my Doc's, and had a question. on the welcome to the Islands of the bahamas form, do we need to fill out the date of arrival and city where you boarded the boat? Also do you need to do Travel agent ect. in section 2? Sorry to be a pain , but wanted to get it right so I dont have to redo it there. Thanks Rick PS hope to see you all on board.

I did-and I put Disney Magic as resort, 0 nights. I don't know why they need the travel agent info-probably for marketing-note the box on the bottom of the form.

Okay What am I forgetting???? To all you frequent cruisers "What is the one thing I should NOT forget?" My theory when packing is usually, take what you think you will need and if you forget something just buy it, might be a little more expensive but hey, you're on vacation!

Passport and/or birth certificates without these you cannot get on the boat. Also prescription medications in thier original bottles. Lastly small bills for tipping and one credit card for emergency. Everything else you can either live without or buy.

The good news I have arrange for the taxi. The bad news my DS is home with a fever. I am suppose to be doing today so I can pack. Here it is 10 o'clock and I still trying to have my morning coffee.
