3-1-1 Rule

I am a little confused about the 3-1-1 rule. Can you have one quart sized bag with 4 things in it? For instance, 2 oz hand sanitizer, chapstick, moist wipes, 1/2 oz neosporin? Would this be allowed or only 3 oz per bag? The pictures on the 3-1-1 page make it hard to understand. TIA

3-1-1 means:

• 3 ounce or smaller container(s)

• 1 quart-sized zip-top bag filled with an many of above containers as you like, as long as the bag closes/seals comfortably

• 1 bag per passenger
