My son will be a month shy of three on our trip, and will most likely want/need his own meal. I know that because he is under three i don't have to pay for him, but if we choose to buy him his own meal, will we have to pay the package price for him, or regular menu price? (Not using DP)

1) Youbetcha.
2) You will pay for the kid's CP Package Meal, if ordered.
