I've been doing Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating for 3 1/2 weeks. I decided to weigh in every other week. I lost another 7 pounds over the last 2 weeks! I got to put up a new clippie. I almost got to do the 15 one, but need to lose 1 more pound. Haven't cheated yet, so I am proud of myself. I have decided if I don't cheat before Halloween, I can have a piece of chocolate from DD's haul after I take her trick or treating.
