2nd week of June

How crowded is DL the 2nd week of June? Thanks!

I think mid-June is the best time to go to Disneyland in the summer! The weather is usually very nice, and the parks have already started their summer hours and daily parades.

It can get busy, but it's definitely manageable. A lot of schools are not out yet, which cuts down the crowds quite a bit. If you get there right when the park opens you should be able to ride 3 or 4 rides without much of a wait, and using Fastpass should help you avoid any other long waits during the day. The longest wait I've had at Disneyland in early June is about 30 minutes. I've had less experience with California Adventure, but it shouldn't be bad. We were able to walk on to a lot of the rides there when we went at the beginning of June this past year.

Be sure to check the Disneyland website for park hours as your trip gets closer. Sometimes Disneyland closes early for grad nights during that time. In fact, the park hours seem to fluctuate a lot in early to mid-June, so be prepared!

Thanks for the info. My family went to WDW and on the DC last year and wanted to do something different for next year. We have never been to the West Coast and would love to visit California. 2nd week of June seems the best time for us to visit next summer. Thanks again!

I would avoid DL like the plauge the first 2 weeks of June. Many school have their end of the year field trips to Disneyland and it is PACKED!!! I am not talkinga bout the after hours Grad Night, I am talking about the elementry school kids. If you want to go in June go after the 21st or so when the school are out and the field trips are over.
