My wife and I ate at the Flying Fish August 20th and I swear it was better than our dinner last year. First our room balcony at the BWI IKC was right above the "Fish" so to say the least it was killing me to smell the food being cooked for three nights before our ressie.

We'd stroll the boards at night and my wife would have to tug me away from the front doors of the "Fish".

We asked to be seated chef side and it really added to the atmosphere of dinner. Very romantic and exciting to watch the chefs at work. The chef that prepared the veggies took time after every coarse to ask us how our food was.

I had the wine flight and it was fab. The parm salad was also very fresh. However the best part of my dinner was the potato wrapped red snapper. Absolutely perfect. My wife has the parm salad and a plate that had four types of veggies and risotto. That was fantastic!

I keep telling my wife we're taking the year off next August from WDW but I'm craving that snapper...

Flying Fish is a must do for us!!! We LOVE it. :thumbsup2 Glad you had a great meal :goodvibes

thanks, I'm drooling now..... :lmao: We're going for the first time to FF in Sept. We've never been there, but the menu looked awesome. it's exciting to read such a great review of FF !! I can't wait to go !!! Glad you had a wonderful time !!!!

Everytime we stay at BWV we say we have to go to FF but every time I wonder if it is worth the price. We don't mind paying for quality but we live minutes from the Ocean and are used to really fresh stuff.

So - is it worth it? It won't take too much arm twisting...

bluezoo is better than Flying Fish. I enjoy FF, it's one of my favorites of the signatures offered on that dining plan but it is not in the same league as bluezoo.

:yay: After reading all the great reviews I am so glad we will be going to FF in October! Sometimes I feel like I plan our trips around all the great places to eat at WDW  & it sounds like we won't be disappointed at FF! :cheer2:
