all the park planning tools have this down as a red theme park day so im not sure how best to spend out time on that day ?

would it be a good day to take a break from parks and do shopping ?

otherwise im thinking of booking DH nascar experience on the morning of that day and then just pottering between parks that we have covered most of the main attractions earlier in the week ??

Just so you know it's a big sale day so the shops will be heaving. We actually went into the parks in the morning last year and then went to Downtown Disney. It was fine I actually don't remember it being any more particularly busy as a touring day in May. We went to Magic Kingdom.

it will be busy in the parks, but not like other holiday days..

most people don't take long trips over labor day weekend, since absolutely NO ONE takes their kids out of school the very first week or two of school..

so really, labor day weekend isn't all that bad.....you get lots of locals and lots of nearby locals (the people who can drive down for the weekend - floridians and georgians for the most part)..

also, labour day itself - monday, will probably be ok because people already have to start heading back home so that the kids can be back in school on tuesday (or if they're starting school, then back for school to start)..
